Learn basic agroforestry concepts, practical applications, and practice design considerations specific
to the Pacific Northwest.
Participants will:
ü Attend a general session on:
· commonly used agroforestry practices
· opportunities for technical and financial support
· relevant state regulations that may impact implementation
ü Discuss design parameters, management considerations, and environmental and economic impacts.
ü Field trip to a local agroforestry operation
ü Interact with agroforestry practitioners and professionals
